Bill Supporting Recovery Programs Persons Who Wander The act expands the grant program administered by the Colorado bureau of investigation (CBI) that assists counties in implementing recovery programs for persons who wander (grant program). Colorado SB 22-187 (2022A) — Supporting Recovery Programs Persons Who Wander
