Bill	Stop The Bleed School Training And Kits	The act requires the Colorado department of public health and environment (department) to distribute stop the bleed training materials and bleed control kits to K-12 schools that opt into receiving them. Colorado HB 23-1213 (2023A) — Stop The Bleed School Training And Kits
