Colorado HB 23-1260 (2023A) — Advanced Industry and Semiconductor Manufacturing Incentives
The act creates new and modifies existing state income tax credits to maximize federal government funding for taxpayers engaged in semiconductor and advanced manufacturing in Colorado.
