Bill Sentence Served Before Parole And Notify Victim The act requires the Colorado commission on criminal and juvenile justice (commission) to report to the general assembly about its study of sentencing reform by June 30, 2023. Colorado SB 23-088 (2023A) — Sentence Served Before Parole And Notify Victim

The act requires the Colorado commission on criminal and juvenile justice (commission) to report to the general assembly about its study of sentencing reform by June 30, 2023.
