Bill Marijuana License Applications and Renewals A person applying for a marijuana license is required to pay both an application fee and a licensing fee. Colorado SB 23-199 (2023A) — Marijuana License Applications and Renewals

A person applying for a marijuana license is required to pay both an application fee and a licensing fee.
