Bill United States Navy Seabees License Plate The act creates the Seabees license plate. Colorado SB 23-212 (2023A) — United States Navy Seabees License Plate

The act creates the Seabees license plate. An applicant qualifies for issuance of the license plate if the applicant is an active or former member of a construction battalion of the United States Navy.
