Colorado SB 24-168 (2024A) — Remote Monitoring Services for Medicaid Members

Beginning July 1, 2025, the act requires the department of health care policy and financing (state department) to provide reimbursement to certain medicaid members (member) for the use of telehealth remote monitoring for outpatient services.
