Colorado SB 25-256 (2025A) — Funds for Support of Digital Trunked Radio System

On July 1, 2025, and on July 1 of each year thereafter through July 1, 2034, the act requires the state treasurer to transfer $15 million from the local government severance tax fund to the public safety communications trust fund (trust fund).
