Bill	Temporarily Reduce Road Safety Surcharge	The act temporarily reduces by $3.70 the road safety surcharge for each vehicle class for any registration period that begins on or after September 1, 2025, but before September 1, 2027. Revenue from the road safety surcharge, along with other fee and surcharge revenue, is credited to the highway users tax fund and allocated to the state highway fund, counties, and municipalities.
