| Bill | Limited Gaming Fund Transfers to Other Cash Funds | Under current law, the state treasurer is required to transfer $15 million from the limited gaming fund to the Colorado travel and tourism promotion fund at the end of each state fiscal year. Colorado HB 1370 (2026A) — Limited Gaming Fund Transfers to Other Cash Funds
Under current law, the state treasurer is required to transfer $15 million from the limited gaming fund to the Colorado travel and tourism promotion fund at the end of each state fiscal year.
