Delaware HB 115 (149) — AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 18, TITLE 22 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MUNICIPAL SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS.
This Act amends the definition of "municipality" in 22 Del.
