Bill AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 17 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY. Delaware HB 144 (149) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 17 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY.

This bill serves to better define and limit what real property rights the Department of Transportation may acquire.
