Bill AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF LAUREL RELATING TO TAX EXEMPTION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT. Delaware HB 32 (149) — AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF LAUREL RELATING TO TAX EXEMPTION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.
