Bill ESTABLISHING DELAWARE CERTIFICATES OF MULTI-LITERACY TO HONOR AND RECOGNIZE DELAWARE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO HAVE ATTAINED HIGH LEVELS OF PROFICIENCY IN ONE OR MORE WORLD LANGUAGES IN ADDITION TO ENGLISH. Delaware HJR 4 (149) — ESTABLISHING DELAWARE CERTIFICATES OF MULTI-LITERACY TO HONOR AND RECOGNIZE DELAWARE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO HAVE ATTAINED HIGH LEVELS OF PROFICIENCY IN ONE OR MORE WORLD LANGUAGES IN ADDITION TO ENGLISH.
