Bill	AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATNG TO WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS.	This Act ensures that the spouses of those killed in the line of duty are able to receive benefits for the remainder of their lives regardless of future marital status. When a surviving spouse remarries, the surviving spouse's benefit is reduced to 90% of the original benefit for the first 10 years after the remarrying and must be reduced to 75% of the original benefit thereafter until the death of the surviving spouse. Delaware SB 202 (149) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATNG TO WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS.
