Delaware HB 159 (150) — AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF NEWARK.

This Act amends the municipal Charter of the City of Newark to permit the City of Newark to provide sanitary sewer service to properties outside of the Newark corporate limits without annexing these properties.
