Bill AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SPECIAL REGISTRATION PLATES FOR THE DELAWARE STATE EDUCATION ASSOCIATION CENTENNIAL. Delaware HB 206 (150) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SPECIAL REGISTRATION PLATES FOR THE DELAWARE STATE EDUCATION ASSOCIATION CENTENNIAL.
