Delaware HB 24 (150) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COPAYMENT OR COINSURANCE FOR PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.

This Act would prohibit insurers and pharmacy benefit managers from engaging in the practice of "clawbacks".
