Delaware HB 88 (150) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES.
This legislation removes the automatic suspension of a driver’s license for failure to provide proof of insurance.
