Bill AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO A KENT COUNTY LODGING TAX. This Act repeals the authority granted to Kent County Levy Court to impose a lodging tax to benefit the Kent County Regional Sports Complex Corporation, also known as DE Turf. This authority was granted by Chapter 102 of Volume 82 of the Laws of Delaware (Senate Substitute No. 2 for Senate Bill No. 178), which was enacted during the first session of the 150th General Assembly.
