Delaware HB 104 (151) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO TEEN DATING VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT.
This Act moves the date by which the Department of Education shall submit its annual report to the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council from August 1 to October 15 of each year.
