Bill	AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF LAUREL RELATING TO THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCILMAN AND THE MANNER OF HOLDING BIANNUAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION.
