Bill AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EMERGENCY HOUSING ASSISTANCE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS AND APPROPRIATING GENERAL FUNDS TO THE STUDENT EMERGENCY HOUSING ASSISTANCE FUND.
