Bill AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF MILFORD. This Act amends the Charter of the City of Milford by allowing the City to adopt the assessments of real property conducted by Kent and Sussex County. Delaware HB 402 (151) — AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF MILFORD.

This Act amends the Charter of the City of Milford by allowing the City to adopt the assessments of real property conducted by Kent and Sussex County.
