Bill	AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 25 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS SINGLE ROOM LEASE.	This bill requires a landlord to provide 15 days written notice to a single room tenant prior to the termination of a rental agreement for any reason other than a material violation.
