Bill AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO STORMWATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICTS IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY. This Act provides for the establishment of stormwater maintenance districts in New Castle County and for the collection and use of stormwater maintenance fees to help pay for maintenance in the districts. Delaware SB 10 (151) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO STORMWATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICTS IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY.

This Act provides for the establishment of stormwater maintenance districts in New Castle County and for the collection and use of stormwater maintenance fees to help pay for maintenance in the districts.
