Delaware SB 159 (151) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SIZE AND WEIGHT OF VEHICLES AND LOADS.

Section 4513 of Title 21 authorizes the installation and use of monitoring systems to assist in the enforcement of applicable law regarding motor vehicle use of roadways that the Department of Transportation (“DelDOT”) has determined are not suitable for certain commercial or other truck traffic.
