This bill prohibits the practice of out-of-state applicants using Delaware registered agents or postal boxes to establish residency in Delaware. Delaware SB 229 (151) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO RESIDENT INSURANCE PRODUCER LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS.
