Delaware SB 273 (151) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 8, TITLE 9, AND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE GENERAL CORPORATION LAW.
Section 1. Section 1 of this Act amends Section 102(b)(7).
