Delaware HB 116 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ADVANCED PLACEMENT EXAMINATIONS.
This Act requires public institutions of higher learning to grant credit for advanced placement examination scores of 3 or higher.
