Delaware HB 219 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO TAX CREDITS FOR CREATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND QUALIFIED INVESTMENT IN BUSINESS FACILITIES.
