Bill AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO INSURANCE. This bill reorganizes provisions within the Insurance Code to centralize licensing and filing fees within one statutory provision (§ 701) and reconciles differences between the licensing and filing fees set forth in § 701 and within the specific licensing statutes. Delaware HB 283 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO INSURANCE.
