Bill AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COVERAGE OF DOULA SERVICES. This Act requires that doula services be covered by Medicaid in Delaware by January 1, 2024. Delaware HB 80 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COVERAGE OF DOULA SERVICES.
