Delaware SB 12 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE AND CHAPTER 72, VOLUME 83 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO PRETRIAL RELEASE AND DETENTION.
