Bill AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ESTABLISHING THE DELAWARE WORKFORCE HOUSING PROGRAM. This Act establishes the “Delaware Workforce Housing Program" (DWHP). Delaware SB 22 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ESTABLISHING THE DELAWARE WORKFORCE HOUSING PROGRAM.

This Act establishes the “Delaware Workforce Housing Program" (DWHP).
