Bill AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LICENSE PLATES AND PARKING PERMITS. Delaware SB 236 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LICENSE PLATES AND PARKING PERMITS.
