Bill AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF WILMINGTON RELATING TO ASSISTANT CITY SOLICITORS. This Act amends Section 3-701 of the City of Wilmingtons Charter to provide that, with the exception of the City Solicitor, all persons appointed to serve as attorneys in the law department shall attain tenure upon 3 years of continuous satisfactory full-time service and may not be removed from their positions except for just cause. Delaware SB 253 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF WILMINGTON RELATING TO ASSISTANT CITY SOLICITORS.

This Act amends Section 3-701 of the City of Wilmingtons Charter to provide that, with the exception of the City Solicitor, all persons appointed to serve as attorneys in the law department shall attain tenure upon 3 years of continuous satisfactory full-time service and may not be removed from their positions except for just cause.
