Bill AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE HISPANIC COMMISSION. This Act codifies the Delaware Hispanic Commission (“Commission”). The Commission was created by former Governor Jack Markell in Executive Order Number 28 to combine and streamline the duties of the former Governors Council on Hispanic Affairs and the former Governors Consortium on Hispanic Affairs. Delaware SB 286 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE HISPANIC COMMISSION.

This Act codifies the Delaware Hispanic Commission (“Commission”).
