Delaware SB 30 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SILVICULTURE.
This Act clarifies what constitutes a sawmill under Delaware law and adds definitions related to agriculture and silviculture.
