Bill AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO RELATING TO CONTINUING EDUCATION. This Act changes the requirements for continuing education for doctors related to Alzheimers disease or other dementias to require that doctors must only complete 2 hours of this continuing education once. Delaware SB 319 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO RELATING TO CONTINUING EDUCATION.

This Act changes the requirements for continuing education for doctors related to Alzheimers disease or other dementias to require that doctors must only complete 2 hours of this continuing education once. Doctors who do not have direct patient interactions with adult populations over the age of 25 or do not currently practice within the State of Delaware are exempt from this requirement.
