Delaware SB 75 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 17 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO AUTHORITY IN INCORPORATED TOWNS AND CITIES; CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF HIGHWAYS.
