L. 101-336. 26 July 1990), by focusing on present functional impairment and the ability to perform the essential requirements of the applicant’s profession with or without a reasonable accommodation. This resolution builds on the progress that the State of Delaware made in removing structural barriers to clinicians seeking mental health and wellbeing treatment through the enactment of Senate Bill 300 in 2022.
