Delaware SB 282 (153) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO WRONGFUL CONVICTION COMPENSATION AND SERVICES.
This Act amends the Delaware Wrongful Conviction Compensation and Services Act (DWCCSA) in several ways.
