A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act creating a new judicial circuit for the State of Georgia to be known as the Alcovy Judicial Circuit, approved March 9, 1972 (Ga. L. 1972, p. 152), as amended, particularly by an Act approved March 30, 1977 (Ga.
