Bill RELATING TO LABOR. Amends the requirements for a court to enjoin an employer who has not secured compensation coverage for employees. Hawaii HB 208 (2017 Regular Session) — RELATING TO LABOR.

Amends the requirements for a court to enjoin an employer who has not secured compensation coverage for employees. Authorizes the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to issue an order of wage payment violation to the employer in violation of provisions regarding payment of wages and other compensation.
