Hawaii HB 281 (2017 Regular Session) — RELATING TO THE FAILURE TO FILE A REPORT WITH THE CAMPAIGN SPENDING COMMISSION.

Requires the Campaign Spending Commission to publish on its website the names of all candidate and noncandidate committees that fail to file a report or to correct a report within two weeks of the Commission's notice to correct. (HB281 CD1)
