Hawaii SB 103 (2017 Regular Session) — RELATING TO THE DISPOSITION OF EXCESS GENERAL FUNDS AUTHORIZED UNDER ARTICLE VII, SECTION 6, OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF HAWAII.
