Bill RELATING TO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' FRINGE BENEFITS. Requires EUTF's actuary to prepare a valuation report annually. Requires the annual valuation to include an update of assumptions specific to the EUTF, as deemed necessary by the actuary, at least once in a three-year period. Hawaii SB 133 (2017 Regular Session) — RELATING TO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' FRINGE BENEFITS.

Requires EUTF's actuary to prepare a valuation report annually. Requires the annual valuation to include an update of assumptions specific to the EUTF, as deemed necessary by the actuary, at least once in a three-year period. Reduces the maximum period between experience studies of the ERS from five years to three years. (SB133 HD2)
