Bill RELATING TO CIVIL RIGHTS. Prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, including gender identity or expression, or sexual orientation, in any state educational program or activity, or in any educational program or activity that receives state financial assistance. Hawaii HB 1489 (2018 Regular Session) — RELATING TO CIVIL RIGHTS.

Prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, including gender identity or expression, or sexual orientation, in any state educational program or activity, or in any educational program or activity that receives state financial assistance.
