Hawaii HB 1586 (2019 Regular Session) — RELATING TO THE STRUCTURE OF GOVERNMENT.

Establishes the Stadium Development District comprising all state land under the Stadium Authority's jurisdiction. Authorizes HCDA to facilitate the development of all state property within the District. Requires a memorandum of agreement for matters affecting the District.
